Digital Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Gara Keys sells digital products. We do not ship physical parcels, and no physical shipping fee applies to the current digital offer.

How and when delivery happens

Activation links are delivered automatically and normally arrive within moments after successful payment confirmation, using the delivery contact details supplied at checkout. Keep your checkout email address accurate and accessible, and check your confirmation message and spam or junk folder if you cannot find the delivery.

Automated delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment processing, verification, email filtering, or technical problems. An order confirmation is not itself proof that the activation link has arrived. If it is missing, contact us with your order number and checkout email so we can trace the delivery. We do not promise uninterrupted or instantaneous delivery in every case.

Activation and availability

Review the product page before purchasing for the supported account, platform, region, subscription duration, and activation steps. Digital delivery does not mean a product can be activated in every country or on every account.

For the current Super Duolingo — 12 Months offer, you must connect a VPN to an India server when opening and redeeming the activation link. The VPN is not included. Follow the instructions supplied with your purchase and any applicable provider terms. Contact us before buying if you are unsure whether your account is eligible.

Incorrect details, delays, and non-delivery

Tell us promptly if you entered an incorrect email address. We may need to verify order ownership before changing delivery details or resending a link. Never post your activation link publicly.

If we learn of a material delay, we will communicate the available options. If we cannot deliver your purchase, we will refund the affected product. Cancellation, non-delivery, and activation remedies are explained in our Refund and Warranty Policy.
