1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The Gara Keys store at https://garakeys.store is operated by Ziwar Hussein, trading as Gara Keys, in the United States. These terms govern use of our store and purchases from us. Our business contact details are provided in our contact information. The product description and policies presented when you order form part of your purchase terms.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who makes the purchase. Provide accurate checkout and contact details, use a payment method you are authorized to use, and protect your order and account information.

3. Products and activation

We sell digital activation products for third-party services. Your purchase is for the product, duration, and access described on the relevant listing, not ownership of the third-party service or its intellectual property. Account eligibility, device compatibility, regional restrictions, and activation steps can differ between products.

The current Super Duolingo — 12 Months offer is supplied as an activation link, requires an India VPN for activation, and includes a one-month commercial warranty. Read those requirements before paying. The third-party provider operates its own service and account system under its own terms and privacy practices. If you are uncertain about eligibility or a requirement, contact us before purchasing.

Do not share, publish, or resell an activation link unless the product expressly permits it. Do not use the store or a product for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights.

4. Prices, payment, and order handling

Our store’s base currency is US dollars (USD). Review the final amount, displayed currency, and any applicable taxes at checkout before paying. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other fees, which are not set by Gara Keys.

Payment is processed through the payment services available at checkout. We do not accept an order by merely displaying a product. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; fulfilment confirms our acceptance and supply. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund it. An obvious listing or pricing error will be brought to your attention; we will not substitute a different product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

5. Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic and normally automatic within moments after successful payment confirmation. No physical item is shipped. Payment or technical issues can cause delays. See our Digital Delivery Policy for delivery methods, missing-link support, and activation requirements.

6. Refunds, warranty, and cancellation

Our Refund and Warranty Policy explains cancellation, delivery failures, invalid links, and warranty claims. For an eligible problem within the stated commercial warranty, we will try to resolve or replace the product and refund it if we cannot. The commercial warranty does not shorten the purchased subscription duration or any statutory protection. Our Subscription and Cancellation Policy explains prepaid access and recurring billing.

7. Third-party services and trademarks

Third-party product names, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their owners. Listing a product does not itself imply that its owner sponsors or endorses Gara Keys. Third-party service changes and outages can affect use, but these terms do not exclude any responsibility or remedy we owe for the product we sold to you.

8. Store security and acceptable use

Do not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, attempt to bypass security, or submit fraudulent orders or misleading refund evidence. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use where reasonably necessary. Any restriction does not remove rights concerning an existing purchase or allow us to retain payment for a product we do not supply.

9. Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information through the store, including Shopify’s role, customer choices, and privacy contacts. Do not send passwords, one-time login codes, or full card numbers to customer support.

10. Responsibility and consumer protections

We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law and for supplying the product described in your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. We do not guarantee that the store or a third-party platform will be free from all interruptions. Where an interruption or defect affects a purchase, the applicable contract and consumer-law remedies remain available.

11. Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms for future use and future orders by posting a revised version with an updated date. A later revision does not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an earlier order. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Contact us first so we have an opportunity to address a concern. This does not prevent you from contacting your payment provider, a regulator, or a competent court, or using any other remedy available by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law gives you.
